What's the difference between the plans?

Copilot writes every follow-up, nudges you when each one is due, and you tap send. When someone replies, one tap tells Bump to stop. Autopilot sends every follow-up automatically, on the schedule you pick (or you approve them all in one tap), and suggests your answer when they reply.

Is this spam?

No. Bump is for people who already know you: leads who reached out, customers, clients. Every text goes one-to-one from your own number, written for that person. Bought or cold lists aren't allowed.

Does it read my texts?

Only if you let it. Bump can learn your style from texts you've sent, or from a few you paste in instead, and it gets better from the edits you make to its drafts. On Autopilot it also sees replies from the people you add, so it can stop following up and suggest your answer.

What if someone says stop?

Bump stops and never texts them again. On Copilot you tap once to mark it; on Autopilot it catches it for you.

Can I text my whole customer list?

Yes. New product drop, open slots, a price change: write it once, and Bump fills in each first name or writes everyone their own. Each one goes one-to-one from your number, not as a group blast, and replies come back to you.

How often does it follow up?

As often as you want. You pick how often each person hears from you and what hours, or let Bump suggest a rhythm.

Can my whole team use it?

Who's behind Bump?
